toddler bed. tried & true.

we had to take the plunge and move wyatt from his sweet nursery into a big boy room, and boy does he love it already. well, i would too if i had these fab twin bunks to play in all day!

toddler bed. don’t say it’s so.

so it is not so, yet – but i know it is looming at some point in the next year [ maybe pushing it].  but this one sure seems like a little inspiration of dreamy black + white that will translate perfectly into her current nursery scheme.

flax on white with layers upon layers makes an inviting place to plunk down when the weather gets a little chilly.

the cooler weather has me wanting to cozy in with my squoosh just a little bit longer.

pillow perfection.

if i could imagine a more fabulous pillow, i don’t know yet what it would be . . . i would love to have this lovely for my sofa or my baby girl-to-be’s new nursery!

white on white

some like ornate, some like minimal. for me it is about the perfect balance of minimal + serene, calm + peaceful

white on white.

i recently updated our master linens to an all-white ensemble {which is quite ambitious if you know me} but i’m loving the bright, crisp feeling this adds to our bedroom as summer begins to wind down.

chalk it up.

chalkboards are still all the rage among nurseries & tiny tot rooms everywhere and i simply cannot get enough of these school map-inspired chalkboard roll ups.

my version of white on white still adds in elements of rustic wear and tear.

dark floors.

these dark & glossy floors make the perfect match when set against a clean white palette of walls.

sleep style.

when it comes to little boys, navy is the new black for me. my sweet pea can sleep in style in these soft, organic two-piece pj’s all summer long.

even the scariest animals are beautiful when they come to life thru art. this little bear would be the perfect piece in a little boy’s, big boy room.

heart of pine.

i can’t get enough of the rustic appeal of these original pine floors. makes me want to cozy up in a cabin somewhere this time of year.

boys nursery dwelling.

woodland adventures from dwell studio would be such a perfect fit for wyatt’s little room! and, a jumbo jack for a playroom just screams fun.

wooden walls.

there is nothing i love more than the finished look of a wooden wall. this cabin-cozy feel makes me all warm & fuzzy inside and out.
